Langdon was born in the state of Vermont, but the details of his arrival at the monastary where he was found are unknown. The monks say they found a small child on the front steps on a cold and windy November morning. The bassonett contained nothing more than a few diapers and a strange amulet with ancient aramaic writings. The amulet was never translated as the monks assumed it to carry a curse which could be deadly to anyone who dared read its strange inscriptions.
As a young man, Langdon quickly found he had an apptitude for the martial arts, an intense interest in ancient history and excelled at team sports. He was also really into model rockets.
After a brief stint in the United States Special Forces, he joined a band of musical gypsies who traversed the country solving crimes and teaching kids about the dangers of drugs. But feeling that life was not for him, he decided to get a real job...in radio.
Langdon came to K-TALK as a news guy at its launch in 2005 and has been a fixture on the morning show ever since. He likes long walks on the beach, candle light dinners, and target shooting with his homemade gattling gun. He speaks 7 languages including Klingon and Romulan. He is a level seven Chess Grand Master and has the largest collection of Pez dispensers in the western Twin Cities metro area.
